Find a Flight collects the information needed to run reward-flight discovery, keep search access fair, protect the service from abuse, and improve the product for travellers.

What we collect

We may collect search criteria such as origin, destination, travel dates, cabin preference, reward account connection status, saved trip preferences, alert settings, product feedback, and basic technical information about how the site is used.

How we use information

We use this information to show reward-flight availability, remember your preferences, manage free-search limits, operate alerts and account features, respond to feedback, and monitor reliability and security.

Cookies & device signals

We use a first-party cookie named faf_cid and a FingerprintJS device signal to keep Find a Flight fair and secure, reduce abuse, and meter free searches. The device signal is an opaque browser identifier; it is used as a low-trust signal and does not replace account authentication.

You can opt out of the browser-level signal when you clear your browser cookies or contact us at support@findaflight.com.au. Some free-search limits may reset or reappear when those signals are cleared.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help operate Find a Flight, when required by law, or where it is necessary to protect the service and its users.
